Вред жевательной резинки
Теперь расскажем о тех минусах, которые подстерегают человека, привыкшего после каждого приема пищи жевать вкусную резинку.
Необходимо знать меру. В употреблении жевательной резинки для очистки полости рта от микроорганизмов необходимо соблюдать меру. Жевательную резинку достаточно пожевать пять-десять минут, чтобы провести поверхностную чистку полости рта и активизировать выделение слюнного секрета.
Если пренебрегать этим правилом и жевать резинку часто, то можно столкнуться со следующими проблемами:
- дисфункция работы желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки из-за чрезмерного образования желудочного сока;
- ослабление зубного пародонта, ведь зубы не предназначены для непрерывной жевательной работы;
- нарушения в работе височно-нижнечелюстного сустава, возникновение головных болей;
- стирание эмали зубов, изменение её цвета;
- образование гастрита и язвы;
- повышение степени сухости слизистой рта.
Образование зависимости
Если человек каждый раз при возникновении стрессовой ситуации будет жевать резинку, то он привыкнет к такому положению вещей. В любой даже самой простой ситуации он будет прибегать к помощи жевательной резинки.
Отравляющий эффект
Использование жевательной резинки много раз в день и долгое время может привести к тому, что человека будет подташнивать. Если жевать резинку долго, то пищевые остатки, которая жвачка «собирает», могут попасть в желудок, что также очень неприятно.
Вред для ротовой полости
Слишком частое жевание резинки на одной стороне челюсти (правой или левой) приводит к внешней ассиметричности лица. Причина тому — увеличение мышц лишь с одной стороны челюсти. Чрезмерная активность одной стороны ротовой полости по сравнению с другой может стать причиной развития заболеваний полости рта.
Вред для детей
Употребление жвачки в детском и даже подростковом возрасте чревато сбоями и осложнениями в развитии зубов. Жевательная резинка, особенно при надувании пузырей, значительно портит прикус и способствует неправильному расположению зубов.
Вредные компоненты
Если в составе жвачки есть вредные компоненты, то негативный эффект от её употребления увеличивается в разы.
Сахар в составе жевательной резинки способствует образованию кариеса. Красители, стабилизаторы вкуса, некоторые эмульгаторы и антиоксиданты наносят вред печени человека и вызывают сбои в работе кишечника. Фенилаланин, содержащийся в некоторых жевательных резинках, вредит работе нервной системы. Некоторые заменители сахара могут отрицательно воздействовать на работу сосудов и процесс пищеварения. К ним относятся сорбит, аспартам, ацесульфам.
Итак, ознакомившись со всеми плюсами и минусами жевательной резинки, вы сможете принять верное решение – как часто можно её употреблять. Жевательная резинка – лишь приятное дополнение к целому комплексу мер, которые необходимо выполнять ежедневно, чтобы улыбка оставалась красивой, а зубы – здоровыми.

Избыточное употребление жвачки может быть признаком расстройства пищевого поведения: она вкусная и временно заглушает голод или отвлекает от него, и люди с нервной анорексией или булимией порой расходуют целую упаковку в день, а то и больше. В среднем люди с расстройствами пищевого поведения используют в четыре раза больше жвачки без сахара, чем другие. Помимо «заменителя» пищи или источника хорошего настроения, люди с булимией могут использовать жвачку, чтобы компенсировать проблемы с зубами, возникающие из-за частой рвоты, или замаскировать неприятный запах.
Описан случай опасной гипонатриемии (слишком низкого уровня натрия в крови) в результате слабительного и мочегонного действия жвачки: пациентка с нервной анорексией употребляла около 150 подушечек в день. Британские таблоиды пару лет назад рассказывали об истории девушки с таким же диагнозом — её привычка постоянно жевать жвачку привела ещё и к гипертрофии жевательных мышц.

Другой способ меньше вредить окружающей среде — перейти на биоразлагаемую жвачку. Например, Simply Gum и Chicza (последние можно купить и в России) сделаны из сока каучукового дерева — но они содержат сахар, так что здоровью зубов могут только навредить. Полезный вариант — жевательная резинка с ксилитом , биоразлагаемая и подходящая веганам.

Bubble Gum Fizz
Представленный микс отличается сложным ароматическим букетом, в котором доминируют фруктовые и ягодные тона. Во вкусе напитка преобладают цитрусовые нотки, а также совершенно не чувствуется алкоголь. Данный алкогольный коктейль станет достойным украшением гламурной молодежной вечеринки или прекрасным дополнением семейного торжества. Помимо всего сказанного, он великолепно справляется с жаждой и способствует появлению хорошего настроения.

| клюква | 10-13 ягод |
| сахарная пудра | 1 щепотка |
| лед в кубиках | 5-7 шт. |
Приготовление
- Заливаем в предварительно охлажденный шейкер золотой ром, сироп Бабл Гам, гренадин и грушевое спиртное.
- Туда же добавляем лед в кубиках и взбалтываем массу несколько минут.
- В бокал типа слинг опускаем 2-3 кубика льда и поверх них процеживаем содержимое шейкера через стрейнер или мелкое ситечко.
- Туда же засыпаем дробленый лед, после чего выкладываем туда же ягоды клюквы.
- Оставшееся свободное пространство заполняем содовой, наливая ее до краев бокала.
- В качестве украшения используем веточку свежей мяты.
- Поверхность микса присыпаем сахарной пудрой и подаем напиток с длинной соломинкой.
Bazooka Bubble Gum
Этот коктейль имеет еще и второе название – «Микс для гламурных блондинок». Он представляет собой весьма экстравагантный напиток, который был создан специально для гламурных девушек.

Приготовление
- Жевательные резинки нарезаем на маленькие кусочки, после чего складываем их в герметичную емкость.
- Туда же заливаем водку и размешиваем массу.
- Закупориваем сосуд и оставляем его на сутки в теплом месте, позволяя содержимому как следует настояться.
- По прошествии каждых шести часов открываем емкость и размешиваем водочную массу.
- Процеживаем настой через марлевый фильтр и переливаем жидкость в шейкер.
- Туда же заливаем остальные ингредиенты, в том числе кладем лед и яичный белок.
- Встряхиваем содержимое в течение минуты-полторы.
- Полученный микс пропускаем через стрейнер и наливаем в предварительно охлажденный бокал.
- В качестве украшения можно использовать дольку лимона или лайма.
- Последним штрихом станет соломинка, опущенная в бокал.
